FAQS

How do your pronounce Eau Paix Vie and what does it mean?

Good question! We get asked this all the time! Eau Paix Vie is French for Water, Peace, Life; and it’s a representation of our love to travel, especially to summer destinations where you can enjoy the water, the sun, and relax. It’s pronounced oh-pay-vee.

I see so many people featured on your Instagram! How do I get featured?

At Eau Paix Vie, we LOVE to see your photos from around the world. Be sure to tag @eaupaixvieswimwear and #eaupaixvie on your photos, and keep an eye out for a repost ;)

What is EPV Swimwear’s Return Policy?

We want everyone to love their swimwear, so as long as what you purchased wasn’t as sale item, we are happy to offer you a store credit. For more information, see our Return Policy page.

Is it safe to purchase from an online store?

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

How should I care for my swimwear?

We suggest always hand washing your favourite bikini in cold water and hanging it up in the shade to dry. Rinsing will help remove chemicals like sunscreen, chlorine and tanning lotions from your swimwear, which will help keep it bright. Hanging it (rather than laying it flat) will make sure the fabric doesn’t get caught on anything, and your swimwear dries properly.

Washing machines and swimwear are not friends! Swimwear tends to come out second best after a run in with a washing machine, so we suggest you hand wash at all times.

I have a question that isn’t answered here, what can I do?
