Return Policy

At Eau Paix Vie, we want you to love your purchase, so if you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a store credit as long as you meet the requirements. Please note we do not offer refunds and the purchase on all sale items is final. We are always happy to help with sizing information so please message us any time! 

Please contact us if you would like to return an item so we can issue you with an Returns Form, which is required for the store credit. For your return we require that:

• The item/s are returned within 14 days of receiving your order and with the Returns Form

• The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, unworn, unmarked and undamaged

• Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done

• If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange unless deemed as a manufacturers fault - we can not exchange or refund for general wear and tear. 

Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns/exchanges that do not meet these requirements.  Please note that the cost incurred to return the item/s to us can not be refunded. We do recommend obtaining tracking on your exchange, however you can send it however you prefer. No responsibility will be taken for lost packages where tracking has not been selected. Returns will be processed within 3 business days.

If your item was purchased through a store, and not Eau Paix Vie's own online store, ALL returns must be organised directly with that store. Eau Paix Vie accepts no responsibility for any issues in regards to the store you have purchased from.
