AUSTRALIA: We offer regular and express shipping options for our Australian customers. Free tracked shipping is available on all Australian orders over $80.
INTERNATIONAL: Free tracked international shipping is offered on all international orders over $150 AUD.
CANADA: Due to ongoing delivery issues with Canada Post, we only offer insured, tracked or express shipping to Canada at this time.
In order to keep international shipping costs down and provide more options for you, we offer standard, insured, and express shipping options. International shipping options are automatically available on checkout. We do recommend tracked/insured shipping, and tracked shipping is offered complimentary to all orders over $150 AUD, and takes between 4-6 business days to most countries.
Our express international shipping comes with full tracking and delivery details and generally takes between 2-4 business days. Standard non tracked international shipping can take between 6-15 working days and is not insured or traceable. Registered shipping ensures your package is fully insured. Please note that we can not be held responsible for missing or delayed packages if you have not selected a registered or express option so we recommend each of these options including on exchanges, however still offer the standard option if you prefer. Once the package has left our warehouse, if you have not selected a Tracked or Registered option, we can not be held liable for any undelivered or missing packages.
If your package is undeliverable, we can not be held responsible for any return or shipping charges.To prevent this from happening, please check the tracking on your parcel, and you can also sign up for automatic delivery notifications. Please ensure the delivery address you enter is correct when you enter it and on your shipping confirmation, as we can not be held responsible if you enter incorrect details in your address.
